The Musings
Each original Musing includes a central Muse prompt. I find that Musings are freer than poems or prose. They give you permission to wonder and wander and get lost in time.
I invite you to make this an interactive experience. You can choose to travel the pages in sequence or pluck a Musing at random.
The blank Permission Pages are a boundless space to dream and create. You can use my Muse or choose your own. The Muse could be with you from the first word or appear along the way. The secret is to trust the Be Mused process and allow yourself to flow.
Suggested ways to interact with the ebook
- Print and bind the ebook for ease of use – take it to a printer for a lux finish
- Open it on a screen and use a Word or Google doc to create a digital journal, or use a notebook
- Go paperless by using a pdf converter or a smart device to type or draw on the screen
